We are committed to delivering freshly roasted coffee and related products across India as efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-business days may be processed on the next working day.

Certain products, limited releases, nanolots, pre-orders, or high-demand items may require additional processing time. In such cases, estimated timelines will be communicated on the product page or during checkout where applicable.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

At this time, international shipping may not be available unless specifically announced by Avara Coffee.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, Avara Coffee may offer free shipping promotions, which may be subject to minimum order values or other conditions.

We reserve the right to modify shipping rates and promotional shipping offers without prior notice.


Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Regional restrictions
  • Operational disruptions
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details may be provided via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates using the tracking information provided.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Avara Coffee shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional costs arising from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Incorrect phone numbers
  • Unavailable recipients

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests resulting from incorrect customer information.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Recipient unavailability
  • Incorrect address details
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to respond to courier communications

the shipment may be returned to us by the courier partner.

In such cases:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  • Refund requests may be denied in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Avara Coffee is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Strikes
  • Transportation issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Such delays shall not automatically qualify for refunds, replacements, or compensation.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • An incorrect product
  • A missing item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with verification, we may request:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the package
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping label

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner before successful delivery, Avara Coffee may, at its sole discretion:

  • Ship a replacement order
  • Issue store credit
  • Provide a refund

after completion of the courier investigation process.


Coffee Freshness

Our coffee products are roasted, packed, and shipped with freshness in mind.

Minor variations in roast dates, processing schedules, packaging appearance, or harvest characteristics do not constitute defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
