Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Avara Coffee, every coffee is roasted, packed, and prepared for freshness. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Coffee products sold by Avara Coffee are not eligible for return once delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers
  • Products opened after delivery
  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our reasonable control

Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Coffee beans
  • Ground coffee
  • Subscription orders
  • Avara Passport purchases
  • Promotional or discounted products

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where required by applicable law or where Avara Coffee determines that a fulfillment error has occurred.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • An incomplete order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [hello@avaracoffee.com].

To help us investigate, please include:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping box and label

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

If the claim is approved, Avara Coffee may, at its sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue store credit, or
  • Provide another suitable resolution

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, roasted, packed, or handed over to a shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Avara Coffee is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
  • Additional shipping charges arising from incorrect information

Any reshipping costs may be borne by the customer.


Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery after shipment, shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any applicable handling fees may be deducted from any amount refunded at Avara Coffee's discretion.
